Jane Clark is a compassionate Counselling Psychologist with 34 years of experience in adult mental health and addiction. Based in Tuggerah, she has spent 26 years providing expert psychological care for a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

Jane uses a collaborative, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual. She is highly experienced in CBT, EMDR, and Schema Therapy, often integrating her 15-year background in mindfulness to support holistic recovery.
