Jane is an experienced and compassionate Counselling Psychologist providing collaborative, evidence-based therapy for adults. With 34 years of experience in adult mental health and addiction, including 26 years as a Registered Psychologist, Jane offers a wealth of clinical expertise to help clients navigate life’s complexities.

Jane provides specialised psychological treatment for a broad range of concerns, including:

​Drawing on an eclectic therapeutic approach, Jane tailors her sessions using proven interventions such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Interpersonal Therapy. She has extensive training in trauma therapy, offering EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and Schema Therapy to support deep healing.

As a long-term mindfulness practitioner who has facilitated meditation groups for over 15 years, Jane also integrates Mindfulness-based therapies and Motivational Interviewing into her practice to promote holistic wellbeing.
